Bruce Springsteen was born September 23, 1949 and is one of the most successful and influential American rock musicians of all time. He began his career playing the bar scene in New Jersey and grew to selling out arenas with his E Street Band, winning 20 Grammy Awards, and selling more than 65 million albums in the United States alone. Springsteen is known for his lyrics about the working class and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1999.
Scope and Contents
The Kevin Kinder Collection of Bruce Springsteen Audio Recordings contains 99 CDs of noncommercial recordings dated 1970-1999. The recordings consist of live performances, demos, and radio sessions by Bruce Springsteen. The collection is arranged by title and will be of value to those interested in rare Bruce Springsteen performances.
