The Smile Revolution was created by Mindy Fradkin-Mousaa on December 25, 2005, in Woodstock, New York. Also known as Princess WOW!, her mission is to raise conscious awareness to the healing power of the smile.

The Smile Revolution Concert Poster documents the first concert held to support the work of Mindy Fradkin-Mousaa, aka Princess WOW! The concert took place on August 8, 2010, at the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, New York, with Pete Seeger as the headliner. All of the participants signed the poster.
