John Morton is an American musician and artist from Lakewood, Ohio, best known as a founding member of the protopunk band the electric eels. His visual art includes album covers and he has been a part of various gallery exhibitions in New York, London, and Cuba.

The John D. Morton Flyer and Postcards contains artwork by Morton, including eight postcards of his photographs and a reproduction of a flyer from an electric eels show in 1974.
