The mission of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is to engage, teach and inspire through the power of rock & roll. We share stories of the people, events and songs that shape our world through exhibits, innovative programs and concerts. The Library & Archives collects, preserves and provides access to our collections in support of the Rock Hall’s mission and to help you tell your rock & roll stories!
This online catalog provides you with information about our collections, including unique archival collections of uncut and behind-the-scenes footage of Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction ceremonies and Museum programming, oral histories and interviews, personal papers, photographs, lyric and book manuscripts, posters and flyers, original and bootleg audio and video recordings, and the business records of record labels, executives, managers, agents, disc jockeys and more; as well as our extensive library holdings of books, magazines, fanzines, newspapers, commercial audio and video recordings and box sets.
