Subgroup I: Collections Management Department is dated 1994 to 2018, and includes undated materials. The subgroup is divided into five series: Series 1: Director of Collections, Series 2: Exhibits, Series 3: Artifacts, Series 4: Facsimiles, and Series 5: Notice to Collections. The Collections Management Department consists of the director, a registrar, and collections assistant or associate registrar. They are responsible for cataloging the artifacts collected by the curators, handling the paperwork associated with donations and loans, and ensuring proper storage and exhibition conditions.
