The Remains are an American rock band founded in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1964. They garnered a cult following in New England in the mid-1960s, and supported the Beatles as an opening act during that band's final U.S. tour in 1966. The Remains broke up shortly thereafter, but regrouped in the late 1990s and continue to play a few shows a year.

The Barry Tashian Collection on the Remains documents this group's role in support of the Beatles' 1966 U.S. tour. The collection contains a press kit with reproductions of clippings from the 1960s, and a promotional photograph of the Remains. It is arranged in the order received.
